Gethsemane Bible Institute has received a Letter of Exemption from Certification issued by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education to offer non-academic or church-related courses and grant non-academic awards or church-related degrees.
The Student should be aware that credit hours for courses offered by Gethsemane Bible Institute may not transfer. Acceptance of course credits for transfer is at the discretion of the receiving institution.
To enroll in GBI you must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Gethsemane Bible Institute is a mission of Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church in Walnut Ridge Arkansas. Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church saw the need for a Bible believing seminary in North East Arkansas and after years of planning and much prayer Gethsemane Bible Institute was born.
The purpose of Gethsemane Bible Institute is to provide a balanced Bible education, which will prepare each individual to effectively reach and impact the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
At GBI we are committed to seeing a revival in the Lord’s churches by building a fire in God called preachers to preach the Word of God with authority and to have a desire to reach lost souls for Christ. We realize the famine in the land for major bible doctrines, and are committed to teaching the truth and strengthening convictions.
